乡村振兴战略下济南市乡村博物馆的发展研究

Research on the Development of Jinan Rural Museums under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

2017年党的十九大报告提出了实施乡村振兴战略。随着战略的推进,各地的乡村博物馆增加并发展起来。山东省的乡村博物馆发展在全国位居前列。济南市作为山东省省会城市、国家历史文化名城之一,其乡村博物馆的发展尤其值得关注。该文首先提出了乡村博物馆的概念,简介其在全国及山东的发展状况;其次从类型、规模、藏品、开放状态、观众等方面概括了济南市乡村博物馆的发展现状;然后分析了乡村博物馆在管理机制、藏品、陈列展览、社会教育功能发挥、资金与人才、与各方交流合作等方面存在的问题;最后针对问题,提出了相应的策略,并进行了总结。该文对推动济南市乡村博物馆健康、持续发展具有十分重要的指导意义。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.With the advancement of the strategy,rural tourism in various regions has increased and developed rapidly.The development of rural museums in Shandong Province ranks among the top in the country.As the capital city of Shandong Province and one of the national historical and cultural cities,the development of rural museums in Jinan deserves attention.The article first proposes the concept of rural museums and briefly introduces their development status in China and Shandong.Secondly,the development status of rural museums in Jinan is summarized from the aspects of type,scale,collection,opening status,audience,etc.Then it analyzed the existing problems of rural museums in terms of management mechanisms,collections,exhibitions,social education functions,funding and talent,and communication and cooperation with various parties.Once again,corresponding strategies were proposed to address the issue;Finally,a summary was made.This article will have significant guiding significance in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of rural museums in Jinan.
