扬州红色文化资源保护与利用研究

Research on the Protection and Utilization of Red Cultural Resources in Yangzhou

红色文化是中国共产党领导中国人民在伟大的斗争中构建的文化,承载着中国共产党的革命历程和人民群众的奋斗历程,是中国特色社会主义的重要文化符号。江苏扬州拥有丰富的红色文化资源,历史悠久。该文概括扬州红色文化资源保护与利用取得的成绩,摸清家底,打造红色旅游景区,广泛弘扬红色精神,及时征集口述资料。但也存在一些问题,主要有缺乏完整的红色文化资源保护法律法规、经费投入不足、缺乏专业技术人员、居民参与程度低、红色文化教育宣传力度不够等。因此,针对问题提出了加大资源投入、培养专业技术人员、推广奖励机制、创新宣传方式等建议,以促进扬州红色文化资源更好地保护和利用。

Red culture is the culture that the CPC leads the Chinese people to build in the struggle.It carries the revolutionary course of the CPC and the struggle course of the people.It is an important cultural symbol of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province,has rich red cultural resources and a long history.Yangzhou has made certain achievements in the protection and utilization of red cultural resources,and has also accumulated rich experience,mainly in finding out the family background,creating red tourist attraction,widely promoting the red spirit,and timely collecting oral information.There are also problems with the protection and utilization of red cultural resources in Yangzhou,mainly including a lack of complete laws and regulations on the protection of red cultural resources,insufficient funding,a lack of professional and technical personnel,low participation of residents,and insufficient promotion of red cultural education.Therefore,this article proposes suggestions to increase resource investment,cultivate professional and technical personnel,promote reward mechanisms,and innovate publicity methods.
