摘要
研究了标准气体与典型行业固定污染源废气样品中苯系物与非甲烷总烃浓度的相关性。结果表明,测定苯系物和非甲烷总烃的方法原理是导致两者浓度“倒挂”的根本原因。苯系物与非甲烷总烃的浓度比值与样品中苯系物各组分占比关联不大,与所属行业和废气处理方式有一定的关联。在标准物质条件下,苯系物与非甲烷总烃的测定浓度均出现倒挂情况,比值在1.05~3.25。根据本文的研究统计结果,化学试剂制造行业样品的比值在0.50~1.44,塑料/树脂行业样品的比值在0.20~4.05,涂装行业样品的比值在0.01~5.73,印刷行业样品的比值在0.01~2.65,油墨/涂料制造行业样品的比值在0.06~7.08。
The correlation between the concentration of BTEX and NMHC in the standard gas and the waste gas samples from stationary pollution sources was studied.The results show that the determining methods of BTEX and NMHC are the fundamental reasons for the“inversion”of their concentrations.The concentration ratios of BTEX and NMHC are irrelevant to the proportion of each component of benzene series in the sample,and partially relevant to the industries and waste gas treatment methods.Under the conditions of standard gas,the measured concentrations of BTEX and NMHC are all inverted,with the ratio range is 1.05~3.25.According to the statistical results of this study,the ratio range of the chemical reagent manufacturing industry is 0.50~1.44,the ratio range of the plastic/resin industry is 0.20~4.05,the ratio range of the coating industry is 0.01~5.73,the ratio range of the printing industry is 0.01~2.65,and the ratio range of the ink/paint manufacturing industry is 0.06~7.08.
