精确反硝化除氮加药控制系统在污水厂的应用

摘要 污水厂若进水COD/TN低,仅依靠进水中碳源无法实现出水总氮稳定达标排放,则需要外加碳源,强化生物脱氮作用。由于传统的人工加药模式存在弊端较多,本文中污水处理厂二期采用精确反硝化除氮加药控制系统装置,实现准确、快速、稳定的碳源药剂投加,实现了进水负荷动态变化,出水TN稳定达标。此装置运行3个月,二期与一期的人工手动加药运行数据对比,抗进水负荷冲击较强,二期大部分出水TN浓度值控制在10~13 mg/L范围内,提高了生物脱氮稳定效果,二期吨水碳源药剂单耗降低18%,二期碳源药剂成本相比一期降低107317元。分析了精确反硝化除氮加药控制系统装置运行事项,可为其他污水厂的建设提供参考。 If the influent COD/TN of a sewage treatment plant is low,the stable discharge of total effluent nitrogen cannot be achieved by relying only on the carbon source in the influent,then additional carbon sources are needed to strengthen biological nitrogen removal.Due to the disadvantages of the traditional manual dosing mode,in the second phase of the sewage treatment plant,an accurate denitrification and nitrogen removal dosing control system device is adopted to achieve accurate,rapid and stable dosing of carbon source agents,achieve dynamic change of inlet load,and achieve stable standard of effluent TN.This device has been running for 3 months.Compared with the operation data of manual dozing in the second phase and the first phase,it has strong resistance to influent load impact.Most of the effluent TN concentration value in the second phase is controlled within the range of 10~13 mg/L,which improves the stability effect of biological nitrogen removal,reduces the single consumption of carbon source agents per ton of water in the second phase by 18%,and reduces the cost of carbon source agents in the second phase by 107,317 yuan compared with the first phase.The operation items of the dosing control system for precise denitrification and nitrogen removal are analyzed,which can provide reference for the construction of other sewage plants.
