Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Pummelo Peel,Orange Peel,Bergamot by GC-MS

摘要 本文采用GC-MS法对化橘红、陈皮、佛手中有机磷农药残留进行测定。结果显示,样品经1%醋酸乙腈溶液提取,经PestiCarb-SPE固相萃取柱净化,使用内标法定量。结果表明,敌敌畏等20种有机磷农药在0.005~0.800μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数R2均大于0.9990,检出限为0.003~0.005 mg/kg。在化橘红、陈皮、佛手样品中分别添加0.05 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg、0.20 mg/kg浓度的20种有机磷混合标准溶液时,平均回收率为70.23%~116.47%。RSD为0.50%~9.84%。 In this paper,GC-MS method was used to determine the residues of organophosphorus pesticides in pummelo peel,orange peel、bergamot.The samples were extracted with 1%acetonitrile acetate solution,purified with QuEChERS methods,and quantified by internal standard method.The results show that 20 organophosphorus pesticides such as dichlorvos have a linear relationship in the range of 0.005μg/mL to 0.800μg/mL,the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.9990,and the detection limit is 0.003~0.005 mg/kg.When 20 organophosphorus mixed standard solutions with concentrations of 0.05mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg and 0.20 mg/kg were added to pummelo peel,orange peel,bergamot,the average recovery rate was 70.23%~116.47%,and the RSD was 0.50%~9.84%.
