高效液相色谱法测定食品模拟液中2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷(双酚A)的测量不确定度评定

摘要 参考JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的相关要求,研究高效液相色谱法测定食品模拟液中2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷(双酚A)过程中可能引入的各项不确定度来源,模拟食品接触材料检测前处理过程,采用浸泡及回流方式制备食品模拟液进行检测,根据测试数据计算各不确定度分量并进行不确定度评定。当模拟液中双酚A含量为0.1395 mg/L时,其扩展不确定度为0.0040 mg/L。影响高效液相色谱法测定模拟液中2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷(双酚A)不确定度的因素主要有标准曲线的拟合、标准工作溶液的配制、峰面积测量、量取模拟液过程、测量结果的重复性。 Refer to the relevant requirements of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 1059.1-2012),the various sources of uncertainty that may be introduced in the determination of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane(bisphenol A)in the food simulation solution by HPLC were studied.The pre-treatment process of food contact materials was simulated,and the food simulation liquid was prepared by soaking and reflux method for testing.Each uncertainty component is calculated according to the test data and uncertainty evaluation is carried out.When the content of bisphenol A in the food simulated solution was 0.1395 mg/L,the extended uncertainty was 0.0040 mg/L.The main factors affecting the uncertainty of 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane(bisphenol A)in the food simulation solution by HPLC were the fitting of the standard curve,the preparation of the standard solution,the measurement of the peak area,the process of taking the simulated solution and the repeatability of the measurement results.
