质谱技术在烟用香精香料品质分析与安全控制中的应用

摘要 质谱技术(Mass spectrometry)是用电场和磁场将运动的离子按质荷比分离后进行检测的技术,该技术可用于物质相对分子量测定、化学式的确定以及结构鉴定。本文概述了近年来质谱技术在烟用香精香料品质分析与安全控制中的各种应用,该技术具有测定对象广、分析速度快、灵敏度高、进样量少等特点,可为烟用香精香料分析检测和产品质量控制工作提供参考。最后提出了目前烟用香精香料分析工作有待深入研究的方向,并指出质谱技术在烟用香精香料其他研究领域的发展趋势。 Mass spectrometry is a technique to separate the mass/charge ratio of moving ions using electric field and magnetic field,which can be used to determine the relative molecular weight of substances,determine chemical formula,and identify their structure.In this paper,various applications of mass spectrometry technology in quality analysis and safety control of tobacco flavor in recent years were summarized.This technology has the characteristics of wide determination objects,fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,small sample amount,which can provide reference for the analysis,detection and product quality control of tobacco flavor and fragrance.At last,the research direction of tobacco flavor analysis was put forward,and the development trend of mass spectrometry technology in other research fields of tobacco flavor and fragrance was pointed out.
