音乐想象技术是以场景式指导语伴随无歌词式纯音乐展开的一种探索个体潜意识的音乐治疗技术。藉由音乐语言的抽象性及较强的情感导入效果,虽该方法适用性较强,但也存在音乐想象过程中所引发的潜意识自我不能以更加直观的外在形式展现的弊端。树木人格图是透过个体绘制树木图画的形式揭示个体成长经历、潜意识的自我想象、个体与环境的平衡状态以及个体性格的一种美术治疗方法,但鉴于绘画语言的概括性及实操过程对指导者专业素质的要求,参与者创作图画的过程及作品中亦难免夹杂诸多干扰信息。从两种技术理论层面探寻潜意识根源,找到两种技术的互补性,通过创生综合性艺术心理治疗形式的实践活动,表明音乐想象技术介入树木人格图绘画疗法是一种能够澄澈个体潜意识内容及变化过程的更优化方法,为今后艺术心理治疗的方法技术创造了诸多可能性。

na-ture of music language and its strong emotional introduction effect,this method also has the drawback of not being able to present the sub-conscious self that is generated in the process of music imagination in a more intuitive external form.Tree personality map is an art therapy method that reveals an individual's growth experience,subconscious self imagination,balance between the individual and the environment,nd individual personality through the form of drawing a tree picture by the person.However,due to the generalization of the painting lan-guage and the requirements of the practical process for the professional quality of the guide,the process and works of creating the picture by participants are inevitably mixed with many interfering information.Exploring the root causes of the subconscious from the theoretical level of two technologies,finding the complementarity of the two technologies,and through practical activities to create a comprehensive form of artistic psychotherapy,it is shown that the intervention of music imagination technology in tree personality painting therapy is a more opti-mized method that can clarify the content and change process of individual subconscious,creating many possibilities for future artistic psy-chotherapy methods and technologies.
