乡村振兴战略背景下农村幼儿教师专业发展之调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 以乡村振兴战略为研究背景,采取量化的研究范式,以224名农村幼儿教师为研究样本,分别从专业能力、专业知识、专业精神以及专业意识四个维度予以分析。结果显示:当前农村幼儿教师面临专业基础薄弱、职后继续教育体系不完善、工作负担繁重以及自我发展意识淡薄的问题。对此,应通过完善职后继续教育培养体系、建立农村幼儿教师学习共同体、细化政策法规以及注重园所氛围创设四条措施予以解决。 Taking the rural revitalization strategy as the research background and adopting a quantitative research paradigm,224 pre-school teachers were chosen as the research sample and analyzed in four dimensions:professional competence,professional knowledge,professional spirit,and professional awareness.According to the findings,rural preschool teachers today confront issues such as a lack of professional foundation,an insufficient post-service continuing education system,a severe workload,and a lack of self-development awareness.To solve this,four measures should be pursued:enhancing the system of post-employment continuing education and training,developing a learning community for rural preschool teacher,refining legislation and regulations,and prioritizing the creation of a kinder-garten culture.
