平台经济创造了一个充满可能性和前景的世界,也带来了骑手劳动实践中的阵痛。通过外卖骑手劳动过程中数字技术交互境况的展现,探讨平台采用结构性和技术性设计导致骑手社会孤立和社会排斥的困境。研究发现:在算法社会中,平台公司通过程序权限鸿沟、剩余数据的收集应用和数字排名模式下的分配方式,建立了中心化的类权力机构,既形塑了外卖骑手的劳动过程,也固化了他们的社会身份。对于骑手来说,在劳动领域算法技术的应用,不仅是一种工具性的手段,更是一种生存状态和新的阶层划分依据。

The platform economy has created a world full of possibilities and prospects,but it has also brought about challenges in the labor practices of delivery riders.By exploring the digital technological interactions in the labor process of delivery riders,this study exam-ines the predicament of social isolation and exclusion faced by riders due to the structural and technological designs adopted by platforms.The findings reveal that in the algorithmic society,platform companies establish centralized quasi-authority mechanism through the algo-rithmic gap of program permissions,the collection and application of surplus data,and the allocation modes based on digital ranking pat-terns.This not only shapes the labor process of delivery riders but also solidifies their social identities.For riders,the application of al-gorithmice technology in the labor domain is not just an instrumental tool,but also a state of survival and a new basis for class differentia-tion.
