变应性鼻炎患者中西医结合护理效果观察

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in nursing of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年12月医院收治的变应性鼻炎患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组患者根据变应性鼻炎治疗需求给予西医常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加中医护理。观察两组患者鼻炎症状、鼻通气功能改善情况,并对比疗效和患者生活质量。结果干预后,观察组各项鼻炎症状评分和总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预4周后、干预后3个月及6个月鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预4周、3个月及6个月后欧洲五维健康量表问卷调查(EQ-5D)评分显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理干预可促进变应性鼻炎症状消退,改善患者鼻腔通气功能,有助于提升临床疗效和患者预后生活质量,临床应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Totally 70 patients with allergic rhi-nitis were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).Patients in the control group were given routine western medicine care according to the treat-ment needs of variant rhinitis.Patients in the observation group were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing interventions.The symptoms of rhinitis and the improve-ment of nasal ventilation function in the two groups were observed,and the efficacy and quality of life were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of various rhinitis symptoms and the total scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the western nasal care group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.14%vs.74.29%,P<0.05).After 4 weeks,3 months and 6 months of intervention,the Sino-Nasal Outcome Test-20(SNOT-20)score in the observation gorup was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Euro Qol five-dimensional descriptive system(EQ-5D)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group after 4 weeks,3 months and 6 months of intervention respectively(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing could help to promote the regression of allergic rhinitis symptoms,improve the nasal ventilation function of patients and im-prove the clinical efficacy of the treatment,and it is more beneficial to the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
