轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机堆场自动化改造工艺方案

摘要 本文依托天津港太平洋国际堆场自动化改造一期工程,针对轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机堆场的工艺布置特点,深入研究了自动化改造的工艺方案,并对改造后投产运营效果和数据进行了分析和总结,认为本项目的实施使堆场生产调度实现了智能化,大幅度提高了设备利用率,加强了场地资源的有效统筹,在分区域打散的基础上提升场地周转率。满足既定目标,具有良好的社会效益以及经济效益,项目质量、安全、投资等目标全部实现,具有持续发展的能力。 Based on Pacific International yard automation transformation Phase I project at Tianjin Port,the process plan for automation transformation is deeply studied by focusing on the process layout characteristics of tire-mounted container gantry crane yard.The operation effects and data on reconstructed yard are analyzed and summarized.The execution of this project supported intelligent production scheduling of the yard,significantly improved equipment utilization,strengthened effective coordination of site resources,increased yard turnover ratio based on decentralized zoning.The project has reached the established goals and achieved positive social and economic benefits.In addition,all objectives related to project quality,safety,and investment have been realized,which shows the potential of sustainable development.
