摘要
珊瑚礁、风化岩作为沿海广泛分布的土质,在港口、航道工程施工中通常采用抓斗船进行挖掘清除。随着国内外大型绞吸船装备技术的快速发展,采用装备大功率绞刀的绞吸船挖掘珊瑚礁及风化岩,成为当前最为高效、经济的施工方案。因此,如何根据绞刀设计功率、岩石特性评估绞吸船挖掘施工效率,成为疏浚吹填工程准确测算施工成本、工期的重要难点。本文根据绞刀刀齿二维受力分析,结合三维结构特点,分别计算绞刀切削时的厚度与速度,最终对珊瑚礁、风化岩建立绞刀功率模型,用于测算施工工期与成本。
Coral reefs and weathered rocks are usually excavated and removed by using grab boats in the construction of port and channel.With rapid development of large-size cutter suction dredger at home and abroad,the cutter suction dredger equipped with high-power reamer applies to the excavation of coral reefs and weathered rocks,which is regarded as the most efficient and economic construction plan at present.Therefore,the combination of design power of reamer and rock characteristics to evaluate the efficiency of cutter suction dredger becomes the difficulty in calculating accurately the construction cost and period of a dredging project.According to the analysis of 2D force acting on the reamer comb as well as 3D structure characteristics,the thickness and speed of the reamer during cutting process are calculated respectively,and reamer power models are finally built to calculate the construction period and cost of coral reefs and weathered rock.
