潮汐区桥梁水中墩维修加固施工关键技术

摘要 跨海桥梁水中墩受潮汐区的海水侵蚀、船只撞击或剐蹭等不利因素的影响,病害已逐渐显现,安全隐患较大。以厦门大桥水中墩维修加固为背景,研究潮汐区桥梁水中墩维修加固施工关键技术。文中主要对GINA止水带双壁无底钢套箱施工、牺牲阳极防护系统及RPC混凝土加固等关键技术进行阐述,为类似工程提供借鉴。 The adverse factors such as sea water erosion,ship collision or scratching in the tidal area continuously influence the abutments of sea-crossing bridges,which leads toserious safety hazard.Based on the maintenance and reinforcement works of Xiamen Bridge abutments,the key construction technology applying to the tidal area are studied,whichcovers GINA water-stop process with double-wall bottomless steel casing,sacrifice anode protection system and RPC concrete reinforcement.The research results will provide a reference for similar projects.
