摘要
光面爆破技术是矿山巷道掘进施工中的主要技术之一,针对矿山巷道掘进中施工难度、工程量的问题。本文通过对光面爆破技术概述,分析了光面爆破技术在岩巷掘进成形中的应用要点及影响因素,对最小抵抗线、孔距、不耦合系数、线装药密度等参数优化,制定施工控制标准,在实际应用中效果明显,降低施工成本26%,以此为光面爆破技术应用对提高巷道掘进成形提供参考。
Smooth blasting technology is one of the main technologies in mining tunnel excavation construction,which addresses the difficulties and quantities of construction in mining tunnel excavation.This article provides an overview of smooth blasting technology,analyzes the application points and influencing factors of smooth blasting technology in rock roadway excavation and formation,optimizes parameters such as minimum resistance line,hole spacing,decoupling coefficient,and line charge density,and formulates construction control standards.In practical applications,the results are obvious,reducing construction costs by 26%,and providing reference for the application of smooth blasting technology to improve roadway excavation and formation.
