摘要 目的:分析钛合金TC4在残余应力、抗腐蚀性能、疲劳寿命、蠕变变形四个方面的研究现状,总结影响钛合金性能的因素。方法:以钛合金TC4性能研究相关文献为研究对象,分析影响钛合金TC4残余应力、抗腐蚀性能、疲劳寿命、蠕变变形四个方面性能的因素。结果:尽管钛合金TC4因其具有强度高、密度小、耐热性高、耐蚀性好等优点,被广泛用于石油化工、航天、海洋、医疗等领域,但是残余应力、抗腐蚀性能、疲劳寿命、蠕变变形是钛合金在恶劣服役条件下易受影响的环节。结论:目前对钛合金TC4的研究大多数都集中在不同的热处理工艺参数对钛合金TC4的组织和力学性能的影响方面,而牵涉到钛合金TC4的残余应力、耐腐蚀性能、疲劳寿命及蠕变现象方面的研究还需要进一步深入。 Objective:To analyze the research status of TC4 titanium alloy in four aspects:residual stress,corrosion resistance,fatigue life and creep deformation,and to summarize the factors affecting the properties of titanium alloy.Methods:Based on the relevant literatures on the properties of TC4 titanium alloy,the factors affecting the properties of residual stress,corrosion resistance,fatigue life and creep deformation were analyzed.Results:Although titanium alloy TC4 has been widely used in petrochemical,aerospace,marine and medical fields due to its advantages of high strength,low density,high heat resistance and good corrosion resistance,the residual stress,corrosion resistance,fatigue life and creep deformation of titanium alloy are the most susceptible links under harsh service conditions.Conclusions:At present,most of the researches on TC4 titanium alloy focus on the influence of different heat treatment parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy,while the researches related to the residual stress,corrosion resistance,fatigue life and creep phenomenon of TC4 titanium alloy need to be further studied.
