摘要
采前预抽瓦斯是一种常见的瓦斯治理措施,多用于准备工作面和掘进工作面的本煤层瓦斯治理工作,而布孔设计是影响瓦斯抽采效果的关键因素。本文以8309工作面为实例,利用FLUENT数值模拟软件模拟了不同布孔方式下本煤层的瓦斯抽采效果,并通过对抽采影响范围、工程量和施工成本三项要素的综合分析,得出了本煤层采前预抽瓦斯的最优布孔方式。
Pre-mining gas extraction is a common gas management measure,which is mostly used for gas management of this coal seam in preparation and excavation faces,and the hole layout design is a key factor affecting the gas extraction effect.This paper takes 8309 working face as an example,and simulates the gas extraction effect of this coal seam under different drilling methods by using FLUENT numerical simulation software,and through the comprehensive analysis of three elements,namely extraction influence scope,engineering volume and construction cost,the optimal drilling method for pre-mining gas extraction of this coal seam is derived.
