摘要
瓦斯抽放泵是煤矿行业中关键的设备之一,但其频繁发生的故障给矿山安全和生产带来严重威胁。本文分析了瓦斯抽放泵的安全作用及工作的原理,研究了瓦斯抽放泵故障的常见类型及常见的监测方法,然后阐述瓦斯抽放泵故障监测智能化方法原理,设计了一个瓦斯抽放泵站搭建智能化监测系统。为降低矿井瓦斯爆炸的风险,并推动矿山行业的智能化发展具有重要意义。
Gas drainage pump is one of the key equipment in the coal mining industry,but its frequent failures pose a serious threat to mine safety and production.This paper analyzes the safety role and working principle of gas drainage pump,studies the common types of failures and monitoring methods of gas drainage pump,and then expounds the principle of intelligent monitoring of gas drainage pump failures.It designs an intelligent monitoring system for gas drainage pump stations.It is of great significance to reduce the risk of gas explosions in mines and promote the intelligent development of the mining industry.
