关于高校危化品安全管理工作的一点思考

Refl ections on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals in Universities

近年来高校实验室安全事故频发,大部分是由于危化品的存放不规范和使用不当引起,暴露出我国高校实验室危化品管理上存在一些问题,比如,专业管理人员欠缺、安全意识薄弱、危化品管理制度不健全、经费投入不充足以及配套设施不完备等。本文结合笔者在实验室安全管理过程中的一些经验,分析了目前高校危化品安全管理的现状,并提出了相应措施和对策。

Laboratory safety accidents occurred frequently in colleges and universities in recent years,most of them were caused by improper storage and use of hazardous chemicals,which exposed the problems of lack of professional management personnels,weak safety awareness,imperfect management system of hazardous chemicals,insufficient funding and incomplete supporting facilities.Based on the author’s experience in the process of laboratory safety management,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the hazardous chemicals management in colleges and universities,and put forward corresponding measures and countermeasures.
