延续性健康教育对艾滋病患者心理状态、服药依从性及护理满意度的影响 被引量:1

Effects of continuous health education on psychological state,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of AIDS patients

摘要 目的:探讨延续性健康教育对艾滋病患者心理状态、服药依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2020年12月在贵阳市公共卫生救治中心感染科住院的380例艾滋病患者,将单日出院的190例患者设为对照组,双日出院的190例患者设为观察组。前者采取常规健康教育,后者在前者基础上采取具有艾滋病专科特色的延续性健康教育,均随访干预6个月。比较两组艾滋病患者的心理状态、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分〔(35.58±4.28)分〕、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分〔(37.89±4.15)分〕均低于对照组〔(48.96±4.32)分、(49.86±4.25)分〕,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的服药依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意率为97.37%,高于对照组的91.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性健康教育干预能够缓解艾滋病患者的消极情绪,提高其服药依从性及护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the effects of continuous health education on psychological state,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of AIDS patients.Methods:380 AIDS patients hospitalized in the infection Department of Guiyang Public Health Treatment Center from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected.190 patients discharged in one day were set as the control group,and 190 patients discharged in two days were set as the observation group.The former took regular health education,the latter took continuous health education with special characteristics of AIDS on the basis of the former,and followed up intervention for 6 months.The psychological state,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of AIDS patients were compared.Results:The self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score(35.58±4.28)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score(37.89±4.15)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(48.96±4.32)and(49.86±4.25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group after intervention was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.37%,higher than 91.58%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous health education intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of AIDS patients,improve their medication co mpliance and nursing satisfaction.
