舆论和意识形态各有着自己特定的内涵,并不在同一范畴之中,但存在紧密的联系。舆论是公众意见的公开表达并在此基础上交集而成的结果,意识形态是系统性的思想观念。意识形态对舆论存在着巨大的影响作用,其中主流意识形态更是利用自己的统治地位对公众舆论施加影响。一定的舆论,总是受制于相应的意识形态(特别是其中的主流意识形态)。而公众舆论对意识形态包括主流意识形态的影响也是不容忽视的。公众舆论与意识形态之间的关系,既不是简单的对应关系,也不是笼统的相吸或相斥关系,其间存在一定的复杂性。与主流意识形态相吻合的舆论,有利于维护意识形态安全;与主流意识形态相违背的舆论,不利于维护意识形态安全。互联网已成为今天意识形态斗争的主战场,在网上意识形态斗争中赢得胜利,关键是提升对网络意识形态的领导力。

Public opinion and ideology have their own specific connotations and are not entirely in the same category.Public opinion is the result of the open expression and the intersection based on public expression of opinion.Ideology is systematic idea.Ideology has a great influence on public opinion,and mainstream ideology exerts influence on public opinion through its dominant position.Certain public opinion is always subject to the corresponding ideology(especially the mainstream ideology).The influence of public opinion on ideology,including mainstream ideology,cannot be ignored.The relationship between public opinion and ideology is neither a simple corresponding relationship nor a general attraction or repulsion relationship.There is a certain complexity.Public opinion consistent with mainstream ideology is conducive to maintaining ideological security;Public opinion that runs counter to mainstream ideology is not conducive to maintaining ideological security.The Internet has become the main battlefield of today's ideological struggle.The key to winning the online ideological struggle is to enhance the leadership of online ideology.
