摘要
文章借助典型案例与相关理论成果,首先探讨了文学编辑的阅读素养缺失,评估维度单一,对选题价值判断标准的影响;其次结合阅读素养,从专业标准角度辨析了文学编辑的选题价值判断力以及如何获得这种能力;最后解析了阅读素养有助于提升选题价值判断力的底层逻辑:阅读素养深厚的文学编辑,具备了专家型直觉和结构化思考解决问题的能力,从而在面对具体稿件作品时,能够规范自如地运用其判断力--选择合适的判断标准,做出合理的判断。
Based on typical cases and relevant theoretical achievements,the paper first explores the lack of reading literacy in literary editors-the impact of a single evaluation dimension on the criteria for determining the value of the selected topic.Secondly,based on reading literacy,this paper analyzes the value judgment of literary editors in selecting topics and how to acquire this ability from the perspective of professional standards.Finally,the underlying logic that reading literacy can help improve the value and judgment of topic selection is analyzed.This paper argues that literary editors with deep reading literacy mainly possess expert intuition and structured problem-solving abilities,so that when faced with specific manuscripts and works,they can use their judgment freely and normatively-choose appropriate judgment standards and make reasonable judgments.
