摘要
目的 通过对陕西省地市级中医医院开展质量控制评价与调研分析,提出改善地市级中医医院护理质量管理的建议。方法 采用地毯式抽样方法,对省内35家中医护理质量控制委员单位进行走访和问卷调查,结合描述统计、国家文件和文献研究对调查结果进行分析。结果 陕西省地市级中医医院护理质量科学化管理能力不足,人才梯队建设不合理,护理科研创新能力有待提升。结论 陕西省对中医护理质量管理的帮扶需向地市级中医医院偏倚,优化人才梯队建设,多途径提升中医医院的中医护理特色建设和创新能力。
Objective To put forward suggestions for improving the nursing quality management of prefecture hospital of Chinese medicine in Shaanxi province by conducting quality control evaluation and investigation analysis.Methods Using the carpet sampling method,35 Chinese medicine nursing quality control committee units in the province were visited and surveyed.Combined with descriptive statistics,national documents and literature research,the survey results were analyzed.Results The scientific management ability of nursing quality of prefectural hospital of Chinese medicine in Shaanxi Province was insufficient,the construction of talent echelon was unreasonable,and the ability of nursing scientific research and innovation needs to be improved.Conclusion The assistance provided by Shaanxi province to the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine nursing needs to be biased towards prefectural hospital of chinese medicine,in order to optimize the construction of talent echelon,and enhance the characteristic construction and innovative ability of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in multiple ways.
