雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗女性更年期综合征的效果及对临床症状、E_(2)、LH、FSH水平的影响

Effect of complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome and its influences on clinical symptoms,E_(2),LH and FSH levels

目的 分析雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法 选择2020年8月至2022年1月收治的64例女性更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)水平高于对照组,睾酮(T)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的全血低切黏度(LBV)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)、红细胞比容(HCT)及临床症状评分低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗女性更年期综合征可取得安全、高效的理想效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome.Methods A total of 64 patients with female climacteric syndrome admitted from August 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the experimental group was treated with complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and prolactin(PRL)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of testosterone(T)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),hematocrit(HCT)and clinical symptom score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the endometrial thickness and ovarian volume were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Complex packing estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome can achieve safe and efficient ideal effect.
