链式流程护理管理在急性出血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

Application effect of chain process nursing management in patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke

目的 探讨链式流程护理管理在急性出血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法 将2020年1月至6月我院收治的40例急性出血性脑卒中患者作为对照组,实施急诊常规护理管理;将2020年7月至12月我院收治的40例急性出血性脑卒中患者作为观察组,实施链式流程护理管理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的分诊时间、病情评估时间、检查时间、确诊时间、急救时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组的抢救成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。链式流程护理管理干预后,护理人员的急救处理、沟通技巧、应变能力、操作熟练程度、护理及时性、病情评估准确性评分及总分高于干预前(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 链式流程护理管理可有效缩短急性出血性脑卒中患者的急诊救治时间,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the application effect of chain process nursing management in patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke.Methods Forty patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke admitted in our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as control group,and the emergency routine nursing management was implemented;40 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke admitted in our hospital from July to December 2020 were selected as observation group,and the chain process nursing management was implemented.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The triage time,disease assessment time,examination time,diagnosis time and first aid time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the success rate of rescue between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention of chain process nursing management,the scores of emergency treatment,communication skills,contingent ability,operation proficiency,nursing timeliness,accuracy of condition assessment and total score of nursing staff were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The chain process nursing management can effectively shorten the emergency treatment time of patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke,and reduce the risk of complications.
