消毒供应流程优化管理对消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒及包装质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨消毒供应流程优化管理对消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量、器械包装质量的影响。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月在本院消毒供应中心行常规管理的658件器械为对照组,选取2020年7月至2021年7月本院加强消毒供应流程优化管理后的658件器械设为观察组。比较两组的护理工作质量、器械清洗消毒质量、器械包装质量及湿包、损坏情况、医院感染发生情况。结果 观察组的基本知识、环境布局、工作流程、工作效率及自我防护评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组通过目测法、腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(ATP)生物荧光检测法检测的器械清洗消毒合格率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的包装合格率高于对照组,湿包率、器械损坏率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械使用过程中由器械引发的医院感染发生率为0.61%,低于对照组的1.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消毒供应流程优化管理可有效提升消毒供应室护理工作质量,并提升消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量及器械包装质量,减少湿包及器械损坏情况,有效预防器械使用过程中由器械引发的医院感染。 Objective To explore the effects of disinfection supply process optimization management on the quality of instrument cleaning and disinfection and packaging in disinfection supply center.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,658 instruments routinely managed by the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected as control group;from July 2020 to July 2021,658 instruments after strengthening disinfection supply process optimization management in our hospital were selected as observation group.The quality of nursing work,instrument cleaning and disinfection and packaging,wet package,damage condition and the occurrence of hospital infection were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic knowledge,environmental layout,workflow,work efficiency and self-protection of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of instruments detected by visual method and adenosine-triphosphate(ATP)bioluminescence assay in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of packaging in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the wet package rate and instrument damage rate were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital infection caused by instruments during the use of the instrument in the observation group was 0.61%,which was lower than 1.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disinfection supply process optimization management can effectively improve the quality of nursing work in the disinfection supply room,improve the quality of instrument cleaning and disinfection and packaging in the disinfection supply center,reduce the wet package and damage condition,and effectively prevent the occurrence of hospital infection caused by instruments during the use of the instrument.
