标准化案例导学式教学模式在肿瘤放疗科临床带教中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Standardized Case-guided Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Oncology Radiotherapy Department

目的:探讨标准化案例导学式教学模式在肿瘤放疗科临床带教中的应用。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年7月于安徽医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤放疗科实习的100名临床医学专业本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为50名。对照组实习生应用传统常规模式带教,观察组实习生应用标准化案例导学式教学模式,观察并记录两组实习生的考核成绩、对教学方法的认可度,对带教的满意程度和患者的满意度。结果:带教后,观察组实习生的理论考试、病例分析、应急处理、操作技能以及总成绩均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组实习生的人际交往和团队协作能力、判断思维能力、拓展知识方面、自学能力、明确学习目标以及全面掌握理论与操作知识等认可度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组实习生的带教总满意度(98.00%)显著高于对照组(60.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。带教后,观察组实习生的患者满意度(96.00%)显著高于对照组(70.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化案例导学式教学模式应用于肿瘤放疗科临床带教中可以明显提高临床实习生的理论知识水平和临床实践能力,得到实习生的广泛认可。

Objective To explore the application of standardized case guided teaching mode in clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy department.Methods 100 undergraduate interns of clinical medicine who practiced in the Department of tumor Radiotherapy in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 persons in each group.The interns in the control group were taught in the traditional conventional mode,and the interns in the observation group were taught in the standardized case-guided teaching mode.The assessment results,the degree of recognition of the teaching method,the degree of satisfaction with the teaching and the satisfaction of patients were observed and recorded.Results After teaching,the theoretical examination,case analysis,emergency treatment,operation skills and total scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in interpersonal communication and teamwork ability,judgment and thinking ability,knowledge expansion,self-learning ability,clear learning goals,and comprehensive mastery of theoretical and operational knowledge,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of interns in the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of interns in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized case-guided teaching mode in clinical teaching of oncology radiotherapy department can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and clinical practice ability of clinical interns,which is widely recognized by the interns.
