摘要
目的:观察月柿果醋对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝肾组织抗氧化能力的影响。方法:比色法测定小鼠血清、肝脏和肾脏组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)水平;HE染色观察肝肾组织的病理变化。结果:月柿果醋可提高模型小鼠血清、肝脏和肾脏中T-SOD、T-AOC水平,降低模型小鼠血清、肝脏和肾脏中MDA含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);月柿果醋可促进衰老模型小鼠的肝脏和肾脏组织损伤恢复。结论:月柿果醋可能通过提高模型小鼠的抗氧化能力,缓解D-半乳糖引起的肝肾损伤。
Objective:To observe the effect of persimmon vinegar on the antioxidant capacity of liver and kidney tissues in aging mice induced by D-galactose.Methods:The activities of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum,liver,and kidney tissues of mice were measured by colorimetry.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver and kidney tissues.Results:Persimmon vinegar increased the levels of T-SOD and T-AOC in serum,liver,and kidney of model mice,and reduced the content of MDA in serum,liver,and kidney of model mice,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Persimmon vinegar could promote the recovery of liver and kidney tissue damage in aging model mice.Conclusion:Persimmon vinegar may alleviate liver and kidney damage caused by D-galactose by improving the antioxidant capacity of model mice.
