桂北某高校学生发热流行病学调查分析

An epidemiological investigation of fever among students in a university in Northern Guangxi

目的:调查桂北高校学生发热流行病学的特征,探究其正确的防控措施,以期为高校发热流行病的预防工作提供借鉴和参考。方法:2021年9月1日至2022年8月31日,选取桂北某高校的1078名发热学生为研究对象,分析引发发热的疾病种类,从年级、性别、季节性等方面研究其发病特点。结果:发热学生中患急性上呼吸道感染66.88%,急性胃肠炎19.38%,尿路感染11.22%;发热学生中大一年级发病率最高38.40%,其次是大四27.08%、大三12.24%;春季、夏季、秋季、冬季发病率分别为32.28%、16.05%、14.29%、37.38%;发热学生中男女患病率分别为51.94%、48.06%。结论:高校发热学生常见病是急性上呼吸道感染,其分布与年级、季节有关,因此,应根据疾病特点提前采取预防措施,防患于未然。

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of fever among students in colleges and universities in Northern Guangxi and explore the correct prevention and control measures,in order to provide reference for the prevention of fever epidemic in colleges and universities.Methods:1078 students with fever from a university in Northern Guangxi from 1 September,2021 to 31 August,2022 were selected to analyze the types of diseases causing fever among college students,and to study the characteristics of fever from the aspects of grade,sex,seasonality,and so on.Results:The incidence of acute upper respiratory tract infection,acute gastroenteritis and urinary tract infection among febrile students was 66.88%,19.38% and 11.22%,respectively.Among students with fever,the highest incidence rate was 38.40% for freshmen,followed by 27.08% for seniors and 12.24% for juniors.The general incidence rates in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 32.28%,16.05%,14.29% and 37.38%,respectively.And the prevalence rate of boys and girls in febrile students was 51.94% and 48.06%,respectively.Conclusion:The common disease of febrile students in colleges and universities is acute upper respiratory tract infection,whose incidence was related to the grade of the patients and the onset season of the disease.Therefore,preventive measures should be taken in advance according to the characteristics of the disease.
