筋膜刀联合经筋针刺对慢性膝痛的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of fascial knife combined with acupuncture meridian tendon therapy on chronic knee pain

目的:探讨筋膜刀联合经筋针刺治疗慢性膝痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取38例慢性膝痛患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组19例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,研究组给予筋膜刀联合经筋针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果,白介素1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率100%高于对照组73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周后,研究组IL-1β、CRP、MMP-3水平均低于对照组,VAS、HSS评分改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:筋膜刀联合经筋针刺疗法能缓解慢性膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective:The purpose was to investigate the clinical effect of fascial knife combined with acupuncture on the aponeurotic system in the treatment of chronic knee pain.Methods:According to the random number table method,38 patients with chronic knee pain were selected and divided into the control group and study group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the study group were given fascial knife combined with acupuncture on the aponeurotic system for treatment.The therapeutic effects,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP),matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),visual analogue scale(VAS) score and hospital for special surgery knee evaluation scale(HSS) score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 100%,which was higher than 73.68% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-1β,CRP and MMP-3 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the improvement of VAS and HSS scores in the study group was greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fascial knife combined with acupuncture meridian tendon therapy could relieve chronic knee pain,improve knee function,and enhance the clinical effect.
