改良Devine法联合倒Y型切口治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎的效果

Effects of modified Devine method combined with inverted Y incision in the treatment of pediatric concealed penis

目的:探讨改良Devine法联合倒Y型切口治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎(CP)的临床效果。方法:2018年6月至2022年4月收治的100例CP患儿,根据不同手术方式分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用改良Devine法治疗,观察组采用改良Devine法联合倒Y型切口治疗,比较两组手术与恢复指标、外观评分、生活质量、并发症和复发情况。结果:两组手术用时、术中出血量、阴茎水肿消退时间、绷带包扎时间、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组阴茎增长长度大于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组外观评分、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良Devine法联合倒Y型切口能够增加阴茎长度,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Devine method combined with inverted Y incision in the treatment of pediatric concealed penis(CP).Methods:From June 2018 to April 2022,100 children with CP treated in our hospital were collected and divided into the control group and observation group according to different surgical methods,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received modified Devine method and the observation group were treated with inverted Y-type incision.Surgery and recovery indexes,appearance score,quality of life,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,penile edema regression,bandaging time and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The growth length of penis in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,appearance score and life quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Devine method combined with inverted Y incision can elongate the penis length and improve the effect of the treatment.
