中药塌渍联合超声波治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine collapse combined with ultrasound in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain

目的:观察中药塌渍联合超声波治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)的临床效果。方法:慢性NLBP患者102例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组予以ES-2型单频式超声治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以中药塌渍治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率90.20%高于对照组74.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周、4周后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、魁北克腰痛障碍评分量表(QBPDS)评分低于对照组;指地距离短于对照组;日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分、静态肌耐力、动态肌耐力、腰椎前屈及腰椎后伸活动度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药塌渍联合超声波可提高慢性NLBP的治疗效果,减轻疼痛症状,提高患者机体功能与生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)collapse combined with ultrasound in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(NLBP).Methods:102 patients with chronic NLBP were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group were treated with ES-2 single-frequency ultrasonic therapeutic instrument,while the observation group were treated with TCM sloughing on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.20% higher than 74.51% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the pain visual analog scale(VAS) score and QBPDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the finger-ground distance was shorter than that of the control group.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) score,the MOS36-item short-form healthy survey(SF-36) score,static muscle endurance,dynamic muscle endurance,lumbar forward flexion and lumbar backward extension activity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TCM collapse and ultrasound can improve the treatment effect of chronic NLBP,relieve pain symptoms,and enhance the body function and quality of life of patients.
