小青龙汤对急性加重期慢阻肺患者肺功能及炎症反应的影响

Effects of Xiaoqinglong decoction on pulmonary function and inflammatory response in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察小青龙汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者(表寒里饮证)肺功能及炎症反应的影响。方法:选取74例AECOPD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用小青龙汤治疗,比较两组疗效、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-17。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组FEV_(1)、FVC较治疗前升高,血清CRP、IL-4、 IL-17较治疗前降低,且观察组指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤治疗AECOPD患者效果确切,可减轻炎症反应,提高患者肺功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction on pulmonary function and inflammatory response in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)(exterior cold accompanied by interior fluid-retention syndrome).Methods:74 patients with AECOPD were randomized into the control group and observation group with 37 cases each.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group were treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,including forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_1),forced vital capacity(FVC),serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4) and IL-17.Results:The total effective rate in treating of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which was of statistical difference(P<0.05).FEV_(1) and FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and serum CRP,IL-4 and IL-17 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction has a definite effect on AECOPD patients,which can reduce their inflammatory reactions and improve pulmonary functions.
