摘要
黄酮类化合物又称为黄酮体,是一种广泛存在于植物界中的具有生物活性的酚性化合物。至目前为止,黄酮类化合物一方面已被证明具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖、抗抑郁、预防心脑血管疾病、抗骨质疏松、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,并且由于来自于天然植物,黄酮类化合物对正常细胞毒性较小,其正逐渐成为人们的关注热点;另一方面,溶解度低、生物利用率差的缺点极大限制了黄酮类化合物在临床上的应用。因此研究者们尝试通过结构改造合成了一系列溶解性好、稳定性高的黄酮类衍生物,并证明了他们具有多种生物活性。本文就几种重要黄酮类衍生物的合成及其药理作用研究进展进行综述。
Flavonoids,also known as bioflavonoids,are bioactive phenolic compounds widely found in plants.So far,flavonoids,on the one hand,have been proved to possess various pharmacological activities,such as antihypertensive,anti-hyperlipidemic,anti-hyperglycemic,anti-depressive,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protective,anti-osteoporosis and anti-tumor,etc.Flavonoids,extracted from natural resources and displaying little toxicity to normal cells,have become the focus of attention in the field of drug development.On the other hand,the low solubility and poor bioavailability of flavonoids greatly limits their clinical application.Therefore,researchers have attempted to synthesize a series of flavonoid derivatives with good solubility and high stability through structural modification,and proved that they have a variety of biological activities.This paper reviews the synthesis and pharmacological actions of several important flavonoid derivatives.
