YTHDF1在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 N^(6)-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)修饰在现有的真核生物信使RNA(mRNA)的内部修饰中最为常见,其在调控基因表达、维持RNA稳定性、启动RNA编辑和促进mRNA翻译等过程中发挥重要作用,并参与免疫调节和生长发育等过程。目前多项研究证实,m^(6)A修饰作用在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥关键作用。(YTHDF1)作为m^(6)A的重要识别蛋白,其能够通过与各种翻译机制相互作用而促进相关蛋白质的合成,同时在肿瘤细胞的转录、翻译、蛋白质的合成及化疗耐药等过程中具有重要作用。本文主要综述YTHDF1的分子结构、作用机制及其与肿瘤关系的研究进展,有望为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新的思路。 N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A) modification is the most common internal modification in eukaryotic messenger RNA(mRNA),which plays a key role in the regulation of gene expression,RNA stability,RNA editing and mRNA translation,and involves in immune regulation,growth and development,etc.Several studies have shown that m^(6)A modification has a key role in tumor development.YTH N^(6)-methyladenosine RNA-binding protein 1(YTHDF1),as an important recognition protein of m^(6)A,can promote the synthesis of related proteins by interacting with various translation mechanisms,and also has important roles in the process of transcription,translation,protein synthesis and chemotherapy resistance of tumor cells.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the research progress on the molecular structure and mechanism of action of YTHDF1 and its relationship with tumors,which is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of malignant tumors.
