摘要
目的:探讨基于案例的学习(CBL)联合大规模开放在线课程MOOC模式在胃肠腺体外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年7月在广西医科大学第一附属医院胃肠腺体外科见习的临床医学专业学生116名,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组58名。实验组采用CBL联合MOOC教学法,对照组采用传统带教法,通过基础理论考试、案例分析和满意度问卷评价教学效果。结果:实验组的基础理论及案例分析成绩高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的专业兴趣培养、临床思维、自我学习能力、满意度等方面的自评问卷评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胃肠腺体外科临床见习教学中采用CBL联合MOOC的教学模式可取得较佳的教学效果,值得在临床教学中使用及推广。
Objective:To investigate the application effects of case-based learning(CBL) combined with massive open online courses(MOOC) teaching mode on clinical probation teaching of gastrointestinal and gland surgery.Methods:A total of 116 clinical medical interns in the Department of Gastrointestinal Gland Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2022 to July 2022 were selected into the experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 58 interns in each group.CBL combined with MOOC teaching method was used for the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was used for the control group.The teaching effects were evaluated by basic theory examination,case analysis and satisfaction questionnaire.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a higher level of basic theory and case analysis,and the difference between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the self-assessment questionnaire on professional interest cultivation,clinical thinking,self-learning ability and satisfaction were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL combined with MOOC in the clinical probation teaching of gastrointestinal and gland surgery can achieve better teaching effects,and is worthy of application and promotion in clinical teaching.
