近20年中医药卫生经济学文献质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Literature on Chinese Medicine Health Economics in the Last 20 Years

目的为提高中医药卫生经济学文献质量提供参考。方法系统检索2001年1月1日至2022年9月20日中国知网、万方、维普数据库中收录的中医药卫生经济学文献,利用卫生经济学评价报告标准共识(CHEERS)清单,对文献的条目符合和得分情况进行分析和评价。分别以CHEERS清单得分≥19.2分、14.4~<19.2分、<14.4分为文献质量优秀、合格、不合格,分别以合格率≥80%、60%~<80%、<60%为条目完成质量优秀、合格、不合格。结果共检索文献5185篇,最终纳入272篇。有154篇(56.62%)及95篇(34.93%)文献分别来自医疗机构及高等院校,143篇(52.57%)文献为中医药物疗法经济学研究,242篇(88.97%)文献使用了成本-效果分析方法。文献最高清单得分18.75分,平均10.90分;8篇文献质量合格。条目最高得分0.74分,平均0.45分;完成质量,10条为优秀,4条为合格;10条完成质量不合格的条目中,4条来自研究设计环节,3条来自研究结果分析环节,2条来自论文撰写环节,1条来自研究过程与实施环节。结论我国中医药卫生经济学评价工作仍处于初级发展阶段。提高中医药卫生经济学文献的质量,一方面应重视研究设计、结果分析和论文撰写3个环节,规范其内容;另一方面应探索开发具有中医药特色的评价指南体系,提高文献研究的科学性和可靠性。

Objective To provide a reference for improving the quality of literature on Chinese medicine health economics.Methods The literature on Chinese medicine health economics in the CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases from January 1st 2001 to September 20th 2022 was systematically searched.Based on the Consolidated Health Economic Evaluation Reporting Standards(CHEERS)checklist,the item accordance and literature score were analyzed and evaluated.The score≥19.2 points,14.4 points≤score<19.2 points,score<14.4 points of the CHEERS checklist refers to excellent,qualified and unqualified literature respectively.The qualified rate≥80%,60%≤qualified rate<80%,qualified rate<60%refers to excellent,qualified and unqualified items in completion quality respectively.Results A total of 5185 literature was searched,and 272 was ultimately included.There was 154 literature(56.62%)and 95 literature(34.93%)from medical institutions and universities respectively,143 literature(52.57%)was the studies on the Chinese medicine therapy economics,and 242 literature(88.97%)was involved in cost-effectiveness analysis.The highest score of literature was 18.75 points,with an average of 10.90 points,and the quality of eight literature was qualified.The highest score of items was 0.74 points,with an average of 0.45 points.Ten items were excellent in completion quality,while four items were qualified.Among the ten unqualified items in completion quality,the problem of four,three,two and one items was due to the research design,analysis of research results,paper writing,research process and implementation,respectively.Conclusion The evaluation of Chinese medicine health economics in China is still in the initial stage of development.To improve the quality of literature on Chinese medicine health economics,we should pay attention to the research design,result analysis,paper writing,and standardize the content of the literature.We should also explore and develop an evaluation guideline system with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the scientificity and reliability of literature research.
