常规营养管理联合口服营养补充用于肿瘤患者放化疗后家庭营养干预效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Conventional Nutritional Management Combined with Oral Nutritional Supplement for Family Nutritional Intervention in Tumor Patients Undergoing Radiochemotherapy

目的探讨常规营养管理联合口服营养补充(ONS)用于肿瘤患者放射治疗和化学药物治疗(简称放化疗)后家庭营养干预的效果。方法选取重庆市人民医院2021年5月至2022年4月收治的接受放化疗的肿瘤患者58例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。两组患者均予常规营养管理模式,观察组患者于出院后第1天加用ONS。两组患者均干预3个月。结果干预后,观察组患者的主观整体评估(PG-SGA)量表评分为(5.03±2.74)分,显著低于对照组的(7.31±3.48)分(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的血清白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);皮下脂肪厚度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规营养管理联合ONS用于接受放化疗后的肿瘤患者,可提高其Alb,PA,Hb水平及增加皮下脂肪厚度,减轻其营养不良程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of conventional nutritional management combined with oral nutritional supplement(ONS)for family nutritional intervention in tumor patients underwent radiochemotherapy.Methods A total of 58 tumor patients admitted to the Chongqing General Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 who underwent radiochemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given the conventional nutritional management mode,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given the ONS on the first day after discharge.Both groups were intervened for three months.Results After intervention,the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score in the observation group was(5.03±2.74)points,which was significantly lower than(7.31±3.48)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum albumin(Alb),prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the subcutaneous fat thickness in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional nutritional management combined with ONS applied in tumor patients underwent radiochemotherapy can increase the Alb,PA,Hb levels,improve the subcutaneous fat thickness,and alleviate the malnutrition degree.
