摘要
目的探讨使用时差成像培养卵子形态与胚胎质量的相关性,为胚胎选择提供依据。方法回顾性分析104例使用时差成像培养的体外受精(IVF)周期,比较形态异常与正常卵子发育参数指标方面的差异,及异常卵子比例对临床结局的影响。结果空泡组的2PN受精率及形状异常组的D3可用胚胎率显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。透明带异常组的D3优胚率低于正常组(P<0.05)。两种以上异常结构组的囊胚形成率低于正常组(P<0.05)。异常卵子组的可移植胚胎率及累积妊娠率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论卵子形态异常会对胚胎造成不良影响,异常卵子比例过高会降低可移植胚胎率。
Objective To explore the correlation between ovum morphology and embryo quality using time difference imaging,and to provide basis for embryo selection.Methods A retrospective analysis of 104 in vitro fertilization(IVF)cycles using time-lag imaging culture was conducted to compare the differences in morphological and normal ovum development parameters and the effect of abnormal ovum proportion on clinical outcomes.Results The 2PN fertilization rate in the vacuole group and the D3 available embryo rate in the abnormal shape group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.01).The D3 optimal embryo rate in the abnormal pellucida group was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The rate of blastocyst formation in two or more abnormal structures was lower than that in normal group(P<0.05).The transferable embryo rate and cumulative pregnancy rate of abnormal ovum group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Different types of oocyte morphological abnormalities have adverse effects on embryos,and a high proportion of abnormal oocytes will reduce the transplantable embryo rate.
