摘要
目的分析中国南方地区女性代谢综合征(MS)患病率及其相关代谢异常状况。方法选取612例35~70岁女性,以年龄段及绝经时间不同划分组,对不同组别女性代谢指标进行分析。结果随着绝经年限的增加,血压呈逐渐升高趋势;从绝经过渡期晚期开始,收缩压呈明显升高趋势;不同绝经阶段女性MS的患病率存在显著性差异,MS的患病率明显增加。结论绝经过渡期及绝经后女性收缩压及血清总胆固醇(TC)水平的变化可为此阶段女性MS的良好筛查指标。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS)and its related metabolic abnormalities in women in Southern China.Methods 612 women aged 35~70 years were divided into different groups according to age and menopause time,and the metabolic indexes of women in different groups were analyzed.Results With the increase of menopausal years,blood pressure gradually increased;From the late menopausal transition period,systolic blood pressure showed a significant upward trend;There are significant differences in the prevalence of MS among women at different menopausal stages,and the prevalence of MS is significantly increased.Conclusion The changes of systolic blood pressure and serum total cholesterol(TC)level in menopausal transition and postmenopausal women can be a good screening index of MS in women at this stage.
