LEEP术联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶对HSIL术后阴道微生态和康复效果的影响

Effects of LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel on vaginal microecology and rehabilitation after HSIL surgery

摘要 目的探讨高频电刀宫颈环切术(LEEP)联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(HSIL)的疗效。方法选取110例HSIL患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组与对照组,各55例。对照组采用LEEP术,试验组术后加用重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗。比较两组术后阴道微生态变化、康复效果及安全性。结果治疗后,两组阴道分泌物pH较前下降,乳酸杆菌菌群数量升高,且试验组的阴道分泌物pH低于对照组,乳酸杆菌菌群数量高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的创面愈合时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率和人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)转阴率均高于对照组,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为5.45%(3/55),经处理后缓解,未影响疗程。结论重组人干扰素α2b凝胶能改善LEEP术后患者阴道微生态,提高治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of high frequency electrosurgical cervical resection(LEEP)combined with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b gel in the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(HSIL).Methods 110 patients with HSIL were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with LEEP,and the experimental group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b gel.The postoperative vaginal microecological changes,rehabilitation effects and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pH of vaginal secretions in the two groups was lower than before,and the number of lactobacillus flora was increased,and the pH of vaginal secretions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the number of lactobacillus flora was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,the total effective rate and the negative conversion rate of human papillomavirus(HPV)were higher than those of control group,and the recurrence rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.45%(3/55),which was relieved after treatment and did not affect the course of treatment.Conclusion Recombinant human interferon alpha 2b gel can improve the vaginal microecology and improve the therapeutic effect of LEEP patients.
