补肾促排方治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

Clinical study of Bushen promoting pai prescription in treating infertility caused by ovulation disorder of polycystic ovarysyndrome

目的分析在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍性不孕症治疗中应用补肾促排方辅助治疗的临床价值。方法选取58例PCOS排卵障碍性不孕症患者,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组与研究组,每组29例。对照组予以常规治疗方案(枸橼酸氯米芬),研究组在对照组基础上联合使用补肾促排方。比较两组临床疗效、卵巢情况、血清激素水平及妊娠情况。结果治疗后,研究组的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积明显大于对照组,卵泡数量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显高于对照组,睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访期间,研究组妊娠率为68.97%,明显高于对照组的41.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在PCOS排卵障碍性不孕症治疗中应用补肾促排方可改善患者的卵巢状况,有效调节血清激素水平,同时可提高妊娠率,应用价值更高。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of bushen promoting pai prescription in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 58 patients with PCOS ovulatory dysfunction infertility were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment(Clomiphene citrate),and the study group was combined with Bushen promoting pai prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian condition,serum hormone level and pregnancy status of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness and ovarian volume of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the number of follicles was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of folliclestimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)and pituitary prolactin(PRL)were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the pregnancy rate of the study group was 68.97%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(41.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility in PCOS,the application of Bushen promoting pai prescription can improve the ovarian condition of patients,effectively regulate the serum hormone level,and increase the pregnancy rate,with higher application value.
