制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎临床效果探讨

Clinical effect of nystatin vaginal capsule combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in treatment of vaginitis

目的探讨制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取106例阴道炎患者,应用随机排列法分为对照组与试验组,每组53例。对照组予以制霉菌素阴道胶囊治疗,试验组予以制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果治疗后,两组白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-4(IL-4)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组外阴灼痛、黏膜充血、白带异常及外阴瘙痒消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组优良率96.23%高于对照组的84.91%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组负性情绪评分低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素阴道胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎,可有效抑制炎性反应,加速症状消退,提高临床疗效,改善患者不良情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nystatin vaginal capsule combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsule on vaginitis.Methods 106 patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nystatin vaginal capsule,and the experimental group was treated with nystatin vaginal capsule combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The remission time of vulvar burning pain,mucosal congestion,abnormal leucorrhea and vulvar pruritus in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of experimental group was 96.23% higher than that of control group 84.91%(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative emotion score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the test group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nystatin vaginal capsule combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis can effectively inhibit inflammatory response,accelerate the regression of symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,and improve patients'adverse emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
