抗生素联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性附件炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of antibiotics combined with gynecological Qianjin capsule on chronic adnexitis

目的探究抗生素联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性附件炎的临床效果。方法选取98例慢性附件炎患者,借助随机抽签法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组49例。对照组仅应用抗生素治疗,研究组应用抗生素联合妇科千金胶囊治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组生活质量评分均提高,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性附件炎效果确切,可改善患者生活质量,提高治疗满意度,且安全性较理想,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with gynecological Qianjin capsule on chronic adnexitis.Methods 98 patients with chronic adnexitis were selected and divided into control group and study group by random drawing method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics only,and the study group was treated with antibiotics combined with gynecological Qianjin capsule.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.92%,higher than that of the control group(83.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were improved,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and gynecological Qianjin capsule in the treatment of chronic adnexitis has a definite effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,improve treatment satisfaction,and the safety is ideal,worthy of clinical promotion.
