围术期个性化护理对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者的影响

Influence of perioperative personalized nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer

目的分析围术期个性化护理对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者的影响。方法选取52例宫颈癌患者,按照随机排列表法分为参照组(采取围术期常规护理)与观察组(采取围术期个性化护理),每组26例。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、康复情况以及生活质量。结果观察组并发症发生率为11.54%,低于参照组的34.62%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的排气时间、进食时间、下床时间以及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组GQOLI-74评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期个性化护理能避免多种腹腔镜下宫颈癌术后并发症的发生,缩短患者的康复时间,改善康复效果,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the influence of perioperative personalized nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods 52 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into reference group(perioperative routine nursing)and observation group(perioperative personalized nursing)according to random arrangement table method,with 26 cases in each group.The incidence of complications,recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.54%,lower than that in the reference group(34.62%)(P<0.05).The exhaust time,feeding time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in reference group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in GQOLI-74 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,GQOLI-74 score in observation group was higher than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative personalized nursing can avoid the occurrence of various postoperative complications of laparoscopic cervical cancer,shorten the rehabilitation time of patients,improve the rehabilitation effect and improve the quality of life.
