腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中精细化手术护理配合实施效果观察

Observation of the effect of fine operation nursing cooperation in laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探究腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中精细化手术护理配合实施效果。方法选取100例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化手术护理措施。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.00%,对照组并发症发生率为20.00%,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(66.26±2.61)分、(63.31±2.66)分,对照组护理前SAS、SDS评分分别为(66.67±2.28)分、(63.12±2.79)分,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(42.77±2.11)分、(46.17±2.61)分,对照组SAS、SDS评分分别为(50.23±2.77)分、(53.26±2.33)分,观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间及术中出血量分别为(54.78±12.29)min、(18.47±5.11)ml,对照组手术时间及术中出血量分别为(68.21±10.41)min、(24.73±5.86)ml,观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施精细化手术护理措施在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的护理中,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,且安全性高,还可改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of fine operation nursing cooperation in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received refined surgical nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of complications was 6.00% in the observation group and 20.00% in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were(66.26±2.61)and(63.31±2.66)poins,respectively,while the scores of SAS and SDS before nursing in the control group were(66.67±2.28)and(63.12±2.79)poins,respectively.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(42.77±2.11)and(46.17±2.61)poins,respectively,while SAS and SDS scores of the control group were(50.23±2.77)and(53.26±2.33)poins,respectively.SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss were(54.78±12.29)min and(18.47±5.11)ml in the observation group,and(68.21±10.41)min and(24.73±5.86)ml in the control group,respectively.The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The amount of blood loss during operation was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy,the implementation of refined surgical nursing measures can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and have high safety,and can also improve the anxiety and depression of patients,which has clinical promotion value.
