OPT强脉冲光联合逍遥丸治疗黄褐斑的疗效

Ef ficacy of OPT intense pulsed light combined with Xiaoyao Pill in the treatment of chloasma

目的OPT强脉冲光联合逍遥丸治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法黄褐斑患者60例,随机分成两组,每组各30例,对照组予OPT强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑,1次/月,共4个月;观察组在OPT强脉冲光治疗同时口服逍遥丸。分别于治疗前、后评估两组黄褐斑面积及严重指数评分(MASI)、根据MASI下降率评价疗效、医师整体评价、患者满意度,比较两组差异。结果治疗后MASI评分,对照组9(4.8~17.1)分,观察组4.3(2.4~7.2)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后MASI评分差值,对照组9.43(6.96~11.90)分,观察组16.11(13.37~18.86)分,两组评分差值比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为90.00%和100%,显效率分别为43.33%和76.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组医师整体评价和患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现严重的不良反应。结论采用OPT强脉冲光联合口服逍遥丸治疗黄褐斑,疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To Investigate the combination therapy of OPT intense pulsed light therapy and taking Xiaoyao Pill in the treatment of chloasma.Methods 60 patients with chloasma were enrolled,and were stochastically separated into two groups with 30 people in each group.The control group was treated with OPT intense pulsed light once a month for 4 months.The experimental group was treated with OPT intense pulse light combined with taking Xiaoyao Pill orally.The following data were evaluated combination therapy:the melasma area and severity index score(MASI)of the groups,the curative effect was evaluated according to the decline rate of MASI,the overall evaluation of doctors and patient satisfaction,and the distinctness were contrasted.Results The two groups of patients had similar basic conditions in age,sex,clinical symptom type and clear inducement,and there was no obvious discrepancy in stats.The MASI scores between the groups has no significant difference before,but after the treatment,the MASI scores were 4.3(2.4~7.2)in the experimental group and 9(4.8~17.1)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Before and after the treatment,the difference value of MASI score was 16.11(13.37~18.86)in the experimental team and 9.43(6.96~11.90)in another team.The difference between the scores before and after the treatment and the two groups was statistically significant.The total effective rates after the treatment of the experimental group and the control group were 100%and 90.00%respectively,and the effective rates were 76.67%and 43.33%respectively.There was obvious difference among the groups.There were significant differences in the overall evaluation of doctors and the patient satisfaction between the two groups.In both groups,no severe untoward reactions were found.Conclusion The treatment of Melasma with OPT intense pulsed light combined with Xiaoyao Pill is effective and worthy of clinical application.
