MPNFS模式在乳腺癌患者围术期的应用效果

目的观察MPNFS模式在乳腺癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取乳腺癌患者80例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组患者采用MPNFS模式干预。比较两组患者一般资料、围术期舒适度及症状自评量表评分(SCL-90),术后40项恢复质量评分(QoR-40),护理满意度评分及术后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者围术期SCL-90各项评分明显低于对照组患者,QoR-40评分、护理满意度评分明显高于对照组患者,观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用MPNFS模式干预,可以显著提高乳腺癌患者围术期心理健康水平,术后恢复质量和护理满意度,减少乳腺癌患者术后并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of MPNFS mode on the perioperative patients with breast cancer.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer were selected as research objects,and all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing,while patients in the observation group were given MPNFS mode intervention.The scores of Patients'symptom Checklist(SCL-90),the 40-item Quality of Recovery Score(QoR-40),nursing satisfaction scores and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results The SCL-90 scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,QoR-40 scores and nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MPNFS mode intervention can significantly improve the perioperative mental health level,postoperative recovery quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with breast cancer,and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
