摘要 通过对装配式建筑相关政策数据及其发展方向的研究,以装配式建筑规模化发展为前提,筛选出社会发展、经济人口、政府决策、市场环境及能源消耗五个维度下影响装配式建筑碳排放的18个因素。运用解释结构模型(ISM)确定装配式建筑碳排放影响因素之间的逻辑关系,在此基础上,运用熵权法计算隐性影响因素组各要素的权重。研究表明,科技创新投入、政策引导力度、装配化技术水平及装配式建筑成本是促进装配式建筑发展及提升其碳排放效益的关键因素,并就此提出相关对策建议。 Through the research on the data related to prefabricated buildings and its development direction,the premise of the scale development of prefabricated buildings is based on the five dimensions of social development,economic population,government decision-making,market environment and energy consumption.18 factors of emissions Use the interpretation structure model(ISM)to determine the logical relationship between the influencing factors of the prefabricated building carbon emissions.Based on this,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the implicit factors.The research shows that scientific and technological innovation inputs,policy guidance,equipment technology level and prefabricated building costs are key factors to promote the development of prefabricated buildings and improve their carbon emission benefits,and put forward relevant countermeasures.
