既有办公建筑绿色化改造的碳减排效益分析 被引量:3

摘要 在“双碳”目标及绿色化发展的背景下,建筑领域需通过量化建筑碳排放,从低碳低能耗技术层面降低建筑碳排放,从而逐步达到碳中和的目的。该文运用建筑碳排放、能耗模拟软件,结合重庆市某办公建筑绿色化改造项目,分析建筑改造前后全生命周期碳排放总量及分布,研究既有办公建筑绿色化改造的碳减排效益,为解决既有建筑高能耗高排放问题提供参考,对建筑存量市场的绿色化发展及低碳转型有一定指导意义。 In the context of the"dual carbon goals"and green development,the construction industry needs to quantify and reduce building carbon emissions from the perspective of low-carbon and low energy consumption technology,so as to gradually achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.Using building carbon emissions and energy consumption simulation software,and combined with a green renovation project of an office building in Chongqing,this paper analyzed the total and distribution of carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle of the building before and after the renovation,and studied the carbon emission reduction benefits of the green transformation of existing office buildings,providing reference for solving the problem of high energy consumption and emissions in existing buildings,with certain guiding significance for the green development and low-carbon transformation of the building stock market.
